The calculation of crop productivity has now been facilitated by technological development using remote sensing technology or data generated satellites. Determining the value images will shorten time and does not require much effort. A model that connects satellite image reflectance with rice plant parameters be handy for monitoring biomass growth predicting yields more quickly efficiently. This study aimed to determine regression equation estimate regional in Harau District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. consisted several stages: collection, processing, productivity, NDVI analysis Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE) test against obtained equations. from results Regency is y = - 82152x4 + 208465x3 197654x2 82986x 13014, an NSE 0.64 which categorized as ‘sufficient’.Keywords: MODIS, NDVI, Rice, Remote sensing; Productivity
